Corporate yoga can take on many forms. It may look like a yoga class at company retreats, yoga for high-school or college athletic teams, guided meditation in the workplace, or regularly scheduled yoga class in the company fitness center during the lunch hour.
Corporate prices for a 1-hour class begin at $75 and will vary depending on location, duration of the class, number of participants, and number/frequency of corporate yoga classes desired. We recommend offering 8-12 classes, meeting one to two times a week.
